Return Policy:

  • The wig must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Hygiene and safety are very important — wigs that have been tried on, styled, or altered cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are available for a different size, style, or product (based on stock availability).
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to Return/Exchange:

  2. Share your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Follow the simple instructions provided by our team.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
